The Ridge Dubai Resale Index eased 3.9% month-on-month in June 2017; the mix-controlled median (2014 = 100) printed 101.2, up 5.6% year-on-year. 1,642 residential transactions were registered in the month — 889 secondary resales and 753 off-plan sales — at a secondary median of AED 967.0/sqft. The headline is a median of registered ready resales and is sensitive to sales mix; the stratified RDRI companion below controls composition explicitly.
