Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index — April 2023

The Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index (RDRPI) rose 5.1% month-on-month in April 2023. The headline median (2014 = 100) printed 118.7, up 9.8% year-on-year. 6,461 residential transactions were registered in the month — 2,738 secondary resales and 3,723 off-plan sales — at a secondary median of AED 1,134/sqft. The headline is a median of registered ready resales and is sensitive to sales mix; the stratified RDRI companion below controls composition explicitly.
