Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index — May 2025

The Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index (RDRPI) eased 0.1% month-on-month in May 2025. The headline median (2014 = 100) printed 146.7, up 14.4% year-on-year. 14,496 residential transactions were registered in the month — 4,583 secondary resales and 9,913 off-plan sales — at a secondary median of AED 1,402/sqft. The headline is a median of registered ready resales and is sensitive to sales mix; the stratified RDRI companion below controls composition explicitly.
