Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index — February 2026

The Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index (RDRPI) rose 4.3% month-on-month in February 2026. The headline median (2014 = 100) printed 159.8, up 12.7% year-on-year. 14,135 residential transactions were registered in the month — 4,095 secondary resales and 10,040 off-plan sales — at a secondary median of AED 1,526/sqft. The headline is a median of registered ready resales and is sensitive to sales mix; the stratified RDRI companion below controls composition explicitly.
