Buildings
A building seal takes both slugs: ?building=<building>&community=<community>. The building document carries its own Embed control with the exact URL, and the public reference endpoint returns it as embed_url.
Attribution
The seal is attributed to Ridge Ratings and links to the verification page; the attribution stays. Ridge grades are opinions of resale liquidity under the published methodology, not investment advice or valuations. Terms of use are at /ip.
The RDRPI, monthly, 2014 = 100.
