Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index — November 2021

The Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index (RDRPI) rose 1.1% month-on-month in November 2021. The headline median (2014 = 100) printed 102.1, up 40.7% year-on-year. 5,505 residential transactions were registered in the month — 2,415 secondary resales and 3,090 off-plan sales — at a secondary median of AED 975/sqft. The headline is a median of registered ready resales and is sensitive to sales mix; the stratified RDRI companion below controls composition explicitly.
