Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index — December 2021

The Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index (RDRPI) rose 1.8% month-on-month in December 2021. The headline median (2014 = 100) printed 103.9, up 31.7% year-on-year. 4,241 residential transactions were registered in the month — 2,001 secondary resales and 2,240 off-plan sales — at a secondary median of AED 993/sqft. The headline is a median of registered ready resales and is sensitive to sales mix; the stratified RDRI companion below controls composition explicitly.
