The Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index (RDRPI) rose 0.9% month-on-month in October 2025. The headline median (2014 = 100) printed 145.9, up 5.5% year-on-year. 17,172 residential transactions were registered in the month — 4,557 secondary resales and 12,615 off-plan sales — at a secondary median of AED 1,394/sqft. The headline is a median of registered ready resales and is sensitive to sales mix; the stratified RDRI companion below controls composition explicitly.
