Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index — November 2025

The Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index (RDRPI) rose 3.0% month-on-month in November 2025. The headline median (2014 = 100) printed 150.3, up 10.9% year-on-year. 16,424 residential transactions were registered in the month — 4,146 secondary resales and 12,278 off-plan sales — at a secondary median of AED 1,436/sqft. The headline is a median of registered ready resales and is sensitive to sales mix; the stratified RDRI companion below controls composition explicitly.
