Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index — December 2025

The Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index (RDRPI) rose 1.4% month-on-month in December 2025. The headline median (2014 = 100) printed 152.4, up 7.7% year-on-year. 16,980 residential transactions were registered in the month — 3,970 secondary resales and 13,010 off-plan sales — at a secondary median of AED 1,456/sqft. The headline is a median of registered ready resales and is sensitive to sales mix; the stratified RDRI companion below controls composition explicitly.
