Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index — June 2026

The Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index (RDRPI) rose 3.5% month-on-month in June 2026. The headline median (2014 = 100) printed 150.5, up 3.7% year-on-year. 8,450 residential transactions were registered in the month — 1,611 secondary resales and 6,839 off-plan sales — at a secondary median of AED 1,438/sqft. The headline is a median of registered ready resales and is sensitive to sales mix; the stratified RDRI companion below controls composition explicitly.
