Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index — July 2026

The Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index (RDRPI) eased 2.0% month-on-month in July 2026. The headline median (2014 = 100) printed 147.5, up 5.8% year-on-year. 10,570 residential transactions were registered in the month — 2,852 secondary resales and 7,718 off-plan sales — at a secondary median of AED 1,409/sqft. The headline is a median of registered ready resales and is sensitive to sales mix; the stratified RDRI companion below controls composition explicitly.
