Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index — September 2026

The Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index (RDRPI) eased 1.2% month-on-month in September 2026. The headline median (2014 = 100) printed 147.2, up 1.8% year-on-year. 7,065 residential transactions were registered in the month — 2,060 secondary resales and 5,005 off-plan sales — at a secondary median of AED 1,406/sqft. The headline is a median of registered ready resales and is sensitive to sales mix; the stratified RDRI companion below controls composition explicitly.
