Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index — August 2026

The Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index (RDRPI) rose 1.0% month-on-month in August 2026. The headline median (2014 = 100) printed 149.0, up 3.8% year-on-year. 9,124 residential transactions were registered in the month — 2,614 secondary resales and 6,510 off-plan sales — at a secondary median of AED 1,423/sqft. The headline is a median of registered ready resales and is sensitive to sales mix; the stratified RDRI companion below controls composition explicitly.
