Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index (RDRPI)
The headline series printed in the band on every page: a monthly median of registered secondary (resale) AED per square foot, apartments and villas, 2002 onward, base 2014 = 100. It is a different series from the stratified RDRI below.
RDRI and ROPI
Stratified median indices, base May 2025 = 100: RDRI, the Ridge Dubai Ready Resale Index (ready/resale transactions) and ROPI, the Ridge Off-Plan Pipeline Index (off-plan). Point-in-time via ?as_of=YYYY-MM. Preliminary: values may revise as late registrations land; see the revision policy.

Cadence
Registry refresh: the warehouse pulls the registry nightly (04:30 Dubai time) with a lighter afternoon pass, and every derived figure is recomputed and integrity-gated before it is published. Grades are re-issued as the registry settles; the RDRPI print advances with the warehouse and is labelled Preliminary until the month is complete; the stratified indices publish a preliminary reading that firms up as late registrations arrive.
