Built on the emirate's official open registry counts, the only openly published registry feed in the northern emirates. This is a liquidity scanner, not a rating: it measures registered transaction activity per project and nothing else.
Beta · liquidity only. The source publishes quarterly transaction counts for strata projects, with no prices since 2022. There are therefore no AED values, no price index and no Ridge letter grades on this page. Ajman tiers are a simpler instrument and cannot be compared with Ridge Dubai or Abu Dhabi grades or with the Ridge Dubai Resale Price Index (RDRPI).
